1. You can pay the reservation at the time of managing it through a bank card or Paypal. In case of booking through other platforms, the payment conditions will be those imposed by them.
2. At the time of booking and 48 hours before arrival, an email will be sent with a link for card payment. From 48 hours before arrival, the reservation cannot be canceled at no cost to the client, except for duly justified reasons of force majeure, and the payment of the amounts will be subject to the criteria of Casa de Luna y Sol.
3. If it is canceled after that date, the amount corresponding to a full night will be charged for every ten reservations or the corresponding fraction thereof, except for non-refundable rates, which will be charged the full amount. If the client does not show up or does not cancel the reservation in time, the full night will be charged.

5. In the event that the reservation charge on the card is denied during the payment process, the customer will have the option of including a different card. In case of not finally making the payment of the reservation within the indicated deadlines, the same will be canceled, without obligation to notify the client again through any support and automatically releasing the reservation so that it can be hired by other clients.
6. Along with the reservation confirmation, a link will be sent for the automatic process of identification of the guests (online check-in) OF MANDATORY LEGAL COMPLIANCE. Required for automatic submission of guest data to the national police. If said identification is not made at the time of receiving the email with the reservation confirmation, Casa de Luna y Sol will send a new notice to remind the client of the legal need to provide their data. 7. One hour before arrival, an access code will be sent to the client, which will allow them to access at the time established for check-in, at 1:00 p.m., both to the interior of the establishment and to the contracted and assigned rooms and that They will be perfectly numbered both in the reservation and upon arrival at the doors of the same.
8. In the case of reservations on the day and in general in less than 48 hours before, all this process previously described in the previous sections, will undergo modifications related to the collection, the identification process and the sending of the codes. Each of the actions is subject to the moment in which the reservation is made by the client. In any case, the criteria regarding collection, identification and access by customers, and cancellations by Casa de Luna y Sol, being the same as in the previous sections. 9. The code is for the exclusive use of the users of the contracted room. And it is the user who is responsible for maintaining due privacy during their stay at the establishment.
10. We recall the obligation on the part of the guests to comply scrupulously with the access hours to the establishment, set at 1:00 p.m., except, obviously, for reservations on the same day after that time. And also with the departure time, set at 12.00. Access codes will cease to be valid at that time. The codes will be activated one hour before 1:00 p.m., except in the case of reservations after that time, which will be made 5 minutes after the confirmation and payment of the reservation. 12. Smoking is totally prohibited in the entire establishment. There are very sensitive smoke detectors and fire prevention systems, intended for the prevention of fires, which can be affected if this standard is not complied with. 13. Although we love them, pets or any other type of animal are not allowed in the establishment. It has been decided to opt for this solution due to the characteristics, dimensions and operation of the establishment. During their stay, the user must behave according to the basic and reasonable rules of conduct, ensuring the integrity of the constructive, decorative, functional and accessory elements as well as the contents of the accommodation. 17. The extra cot is an extra subject to availability, as it is only available for our room number 4 for reasons of space. Its cost is free throughout the stay. You just have to request it when you book that room by checking the corresponding option on the reservations page.
18. The Late check-out service is an extra, whose cost is € 15 with departure until 3:00 p.m. and € 20 with departure until 5:00 p.m., subject to the availability estimated by the establishment. Late check-out will never be extended beyond 5:00 p.m. on the day of departure. And the client must confirm with Casa de Luna y Sol the availability of the same through a telephone call to the contact telephone number at least one hour before departure.
19. The common rest rooms are freely available to users, maintaining due and reasonable rules for the use of the spaces and everything contained therein. 20. The establishment's own elements such as electrical appliances, household goods and kitchenware may not be used. 24. The use of promotional codes is only valid for those clients who have received it from Casa de Luna y Sol or through the means authorized by it. Therefore, they are unique and non-transferable. The recipient of the code must be a guest and at the same time the person in charge of the total reservation during the stay. Casa de luna y Sol reserves the right to request additional documentation that justifies the use of the code to accept the reservation and, where appropriate, may cancel it without prior notice if it detects fraudulent use of it.
25. The rates, promotions and discounts require meeting the established age, mobility, dates, etc., required to be beneficiaries of the same.
